I have thanked you in person several times for your excellent plumbing services at my home, but I also wanted to write and thank you in print. I am so glad you are my plumber as you are dependable, efficient, and trustworthy.

The first time you came to my house it was under an emergency basis in the middle of the night. Both of my sump pumps and battery backups had failed and my basement was flooded. But the cause of the flooding was not obvious upon your arrival. You spent quite a bit of time figuring out the problem. Parts were needed to be ordered to permanently fix the problem. But you spent time right then creatively putting together spare parts in order to temporarily fix the problem. When the parts came in, you called – as you had promised you would do – and came out in a timely fashion and permanently fixed the problem.

In all the other plumbing problems I’ve had, you or your employee Frank have been efficient and dependable. You either arrive at the house when scheduled or call if delayed. You guys are also neat. I never have had to clean up after you leave.

I trust you in my home when I’m not there. Several times I have left my doors unlocked so you could enter the house and start on problems before I got home. I never think twice about doing this. Having trust in someone is invaluable.

But the highest compliment to you is that I refer your company to all of my friends. They, in turn, have told me how pleased they were with your services.
